My favorite character in the Bible is:
Jesus

My life verse is:
Ephesians 3:20

If I could ask God one question it would be:
What would be the best question to ask You after this one?

Nobody knows that I:
Secretly wish that I could run a marathon without stopping.

I'm happiest when:
I'm enjoying my wife and kids and celebrating something awesome that God has just done in our lives.

The one book (besides the Bible) I'd recommend to anyone is:
The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren and the biography of George Muller

My last meal would be:
The apple I ate for breakfast this morning..

I'm most excited about:
Watching my kids grow up and change the world for Christ. On a sooner note, releasing Courageous and The Resolution for Men, and seeing what God does through them among the nations.

My trademark expression is:
Love is hard to offend and quick to forgive.

The team I root for most is:
The Georgia Bulldogs

My proudest moment is:
Marrying Jill

If I could, I’d:
Skydive

The one blog I read regularly is:
The late Pastor Alan Day's at First Baptist Edmond, OK

I could eat:
A bunch of bacon right now (Rob is cooking some in the kitchen next to my office and it smells amazing)

My perfect day would be:
Having a great time in the Word, eating a hot breakfast with my family and spending the day with them, then speaking at a conference and winning a bunch of people to Christ. Then, all of sudden we are raptured up to Heaven and hear the Lord say, "Well Done! I love you my son. Come on to your new home! The party has already started..."

My pet peeve is:
When people's voicemail says, "Please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible". As soon as possible is actually a lie. Just say, "I'll call you back."

My favorite childhood memory is:
Getting a BB gun for Christmas

In my free time, I:
Make smoothies and tickle my children

My favorite TV shows are:
The Dog Whisperer and Andy Griffith

If I could do it over again, I:
Would have gotten more serious about Christ sooner, read more, prayed more, and obeyed more.
